Working in business for a long time has taught me a simple rule: people are the most important thing. Over 30 years, I have experienced both ups and downs, but the most important thing I have gained during this time is the experience of working with people. Frankly speaking, it is not easy. A leader must be confident in his or her decisions, set strategic goals for the team, formulate the company's values and communicate them to each employee. In the long run, such actions crystallize a team of like-minded people, which can achieve unexpected results. 

The Rivne Flex team is what shapes the company from the inside, both literally and conceptually. It is more than 60 professionals who are dedicated to their work and move the Ukrainian flexo market forward. This is one of our key values and something I am proud of. That is why we pay considerable attention to employee relations as part of our corporate social responsibility development.

My office door is always open. I understand how important it is to create an environment for the team with comfortable working conditions, a strong corporate culture, shared values and professional development opportunities. We have health and safety standards, workplace care, provide everything necessary for the quality performance of tasks, and take care of the health of our employees and the atmosphere in the team. Our specialists regularly attend specialized conferences and exhibitions abroad, and go on training. In particular, in 2021, Rivne Flex joined the Brotherhood of the Knights of Gutenbreg and actively launched a campaign to share experiences with European partners. Although the war put such activities on hold, we plan to gradually resume them.

We are happy that we have a low staff turnover. With the development of production, we only plan to expand our staff. In fact, many specialists have been working with us for years. And I am proud of those examples of employees who have been with Rivne Flex since its inception. I am pleased to see how my colleagues grow professionally, and I grow with them. I will not reveal a secret, but it is very difficult to find a specialist with specialized education. That's why we teach printing, as a rule, on our own. Sometimes people come to us with no experience, but with a great desire. And I am sincerely happy to see the success stories and growth from printers to heads of our Rivne Flex departments.

The Rivne Flex team became a support for each of us during the crisis, as we woke up on February 24, 2022, in a new reality. A full-scale war, the seizure of Ukrainian land, missile attacks, energy supply problems, and most importantly, an unpredictable future, have inspired fear and despair in many people. What did we do in this situation? We continued to work, move forward and support the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

We held several strategic sessions to define goals and plans for the coming period, which allowed us to move in the right direction and stay motivated despite the circumstances. The resumption of production gave us a sense of control over our lives. We also realized that we were responsible for the country's food sector. Food producers needed packaging, and we had to help.

It is also important that we have not laid off anyone, but part of our team is now fighting for victory for Ukraine at the front. And we are very grateful to them for that. We try to support them with everything they need, buy optics, rifles for "hunting enemy drones", cars and drones. And we are waiting for the heroes to return to the Rivne Flex family.

We thank everyone who is a part of Rivne Flex and creates its future together with us. I am proud of my colleagues, their results and resilience in times of crisis. Our team is our value and our strength.
